Durrington Otters is a small but growing club attaining County and Regional swimmers. We compete in the Wiltshire leagues as well as attending open meets throughout the year, giving the squad swimmers a varied opportunity to compete at all levels to develop their swimming knowledge and experience.

The club runs stroke improver groups for those junior swimmers just joining the squad and three sessions a week for the training of the main squad including a small number of masters swimmers.

The coaching ethos of the club is to develop junior swimmers and to improve senior swimmers to levels where they can compete at Regional level and above. From a small squad of just over 50 swimmers over half achieved county qualifying times this year. The training is structured around an annual plan and long term squad development. Both the coaches and swimmers are required to put their names to and adhere to a code of conduct, a copy of which can be found on this site.

Durrington Otters are coached by a team of dedicated coaches, teachers and parent helpers.
