Gala's are a series of competitions involving the same clubs within a league, such as the Summer League where swimmers swim as a team. The whole team competes against the other clubs within the league gaining points for each race that takes place. These gala's are usually made up of individual races and team relay races for different age groups. The team with the most points wins that round and the points are collated through to the final round to see who is the overall winner of the League.
